In March 2017 I was commissioned to shoot a group exhibition at the French Embassy. A group of 9 Danish artists completely transformed the classic French colonial interior of the embassy into a magical dream world using the different spaces of the embassy. I spent the day documenting the work and the space which resulted in a beautiful catalogue. The show was curated by Natalia Gutman and featured: Ann Louise Andersen, Peter Callesen, Jeannette Ehlers, FOS, Lise Harlev, Hasselholdt and Mejlvang, Peter Land, Choki Lindberg and Tina Maria Nielsen
In September 2016 I was commissioned to shoot a special project for Heart museum of contemporary art. The project named 50 Wigs brought artist Alex Da Corte to work with Andy Warhol’s personal belonging to create a unique installation based exhibition. My images of the installations along with other images and material, were brought to life in June 2017 by graphic designer Claus Due in the form of a beautiful book illustrating the exhibition…
Towards the end of 2016 I was commissioned by Atout France, a French agency responsible for developing tourism to France to document a PR event in Copenhagen, Stockholm and Oslo. Guest chef from france Pierre Sang Boyer cooked an amazing 3 course menu accompanied by champagne from Laurent-Perrier. Check out the highlights in this short video
In January 2017 while on a working trip in Israel, I once again had the chance to work with my good friends, the culinary minds behind the veteran Italian restaurant in Tel Aviv La Repubblica. This time instead of doing casual behind the scenes shots of food preparation we decided to do something a little more high end. After carefully selecting beautiful ceramics, cutlery and other props we decided to go for a dark, minimal clean modern look. Their delicious food is here before you…
The last thing I did in 2016 before going away travelling for christmas was shooting for a new exciting client. Its always nice to get a new client but this time it was Google, perhaps the most innovative and influential company in history. So while they were busy reorganising all of human knowledge I was busy taking portraits of Google’s Denmark managing directors. Heading the team is Malou Aamund, a former Danish politician and member of parliament that turns out to be a very decent model. Seeing the google headquarters in Denmark and meeting the people involved was a great experience and I can only hope I will get to work with them again…
